(Before and After School Program)
Children in first through fifth grade (age 12 years) are an important part of our center. Along with caring, qualified staff the children help plan the program upon the children's interests. We aim to make this program one that compliments the school day, providing a more relaxed change of pace, and many opportunities for choice.
Before School: Children play quiet games, read, work on homework and play with friends in this early morning program. It opens at 7:00 a.m. with a flexible arrival time. The van starts transporting at 8:00 a.m.
After School: This program is for children who are in another school all day. It begins when your child is picked up from school and transported to Creative Learning Center. A snack is provided at the time of arrival at the center. Children may choose from a variety of activities in arts and crafts, music and movement, games, outdoor play, etc. Quiet spaces for relaxation or homework is also provided. The program is open until 6:00 p.m.

***Creative Learning Center currently transports to East Grand Rapids Public Schools, St. Stephen's Immaculate Heart of Mary School, Sylvan Christian, and Ridge Park Charter Academy.
